Booking software for campsites
Guests book the pitch they can see.
CampsiteOS puts a to-scale map of your park on your own booking site. Guests choose the exact pitch, pay into your Stripe or Mollie account, and you keep the whole booking. One price a year, everything included.
We draw your map for free, before any call. It’s yours to keep, whatever you decide.

Send us the plan from your reception wall.
A photo of the paper plan is enough. So is a PDF, a sketch, or just the name of your park. We draw it to scale, number every pitch the way you number it, and send the map back before our first call. It costs nothing, and it’s yours to keep.
You send your plan
Two minutes: your park, roughly how big it is, and what you use today.
We draw your map
Every pitch numbered, sized and in its category. You tell us what we got wrong.
We show you around
Twenty minutes on your own park: the booking flow, your prices, your paperwork.
You switch when ready
We move your bookings and guests across, you connect Stripe or Mollie, and you open.
No setup fee and no card. Stop at any step and the map is still yours.
A booking site that shows your whole park.
Guests see which pitches are free for their dates, how big each one is and what is nearby. They pick one, and pay.
- The exact pitch, guaranteed
- The guest books A-05, not “a lakeside pitch”. Once they pay, it’s theirs.
- Their caravan, checked
- Guests enter the length of their caravan or motorhome and see which pitches it fits.
- Paid into your account
- Deposits and balances go straight to your Stripe or Mollie. Balance reminders send themselves.
- In their language
- English, Dutch, German, French and Italian, with prices and dates written the way each country writes them.

Keep the whole booking.
On a booking platform, part of every stay goes to the platform. On your own CampsiteOS site, none of it does. You pay one price for the year, however much you sell.
The Van Dijks’ week on pitch A-05: €364.00, before the tourist tax
€50.96 commission
No commission
Over a season the difference adds up. A park that sells €150,000 of nights at 14% pays €21,000 in commission. CampsiteOS Pro costs €499 a year.
¹ ACSI’s published rate for camping.info Booking: 10% for parks that advertise with ACSI, 14% for everyone else (checked October 2026). Stripe and Mollie charge their own card fees on online payments, on any platform.
Every booking on one board.
Bookings from your website, the phone and the desk land on the same calendar, and a pitch that is booked can’t be sold again. Bookings from other sites come in through their iCal calendars, checked every 30 minutes.
- Drag to move
- Move a stay to another pitch or other dates. The price and the paperwork follow it.
- Today, at reception
- Who arrives, who leaves, who is in the park and who still owes you money.
- Arrivals after dark
- A guest who arrives at midnight checks in on their phone and gets the gate code.
The paperwork comes from the booking.
Every booking already knows who stayed, for how long and at what price. CampsiteOS turns that into the tourist tax, the guest register and the invoice your country asks for.
We fill in your country’s rules and your municipality’s rates as well as we can, each with its source and date. You check them once and confirm. Nothing is ever filed in your name without you.

Questions owners ask.
Something else? Ask us.
Can I try it first?
Yes, on your own park. We draw your map for free before we ever call, so you judge CampsiteOS on your real pitches instead of a demo. If you don’t go ahead, the map is still yours.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Guests pay into your own Stripe or Mollie account and the money never passes through us. Stripe or Mollie charge their usual card fees; we add nothing on top.
Can I keep selling on Booking.com, Airbnb or Pitchup?
Yes. Where a site offers an iCal calendar, CampsiteOS reads it every 30 minutes, blocks those pitches, and shares your availability back. A live channel-manager connection is not part of CampsiteOS today.
Can I switch in the middle of the season?
Yes. We bring your pitches, bookings and guests across, and you run both systems side by side until the numbers match. Then you switch, on a quiet day of your choosing.
Is the tourist tax and paperwork right for my country?
We fill in your country’s rules and your municipality’s rates as well as we can, each with its source and date. You check them once and confirm. CampsiteOS builds the register file; you send it through the authority’s own channel, so nothing is ever filed in your name without you.
Do I need a website?
No. Your booking site is included, in five languages, at its own address such as zilverberk.campsite-os.com. If you already have a website, point its Book button there.
What if I want to leave?
Export everything from your settings: pitches, bookings, guests, invoices and the ledger. Plans run a year at a time and there is no exit fee.
Does it work in the US and Canada?
Yes. Prices are shown before tax, the way North America quotes them, and ACH and PAD payments are supported. Local lodging taxes are set up with you from a worksheet, because there is no reliable list of them to start from.
Send us your park plan. We’ll draw your map, free.
No card and no obligation. A person reads every message and replies within one working day.
